    What happens

It's a conversation, not an assessment.

These questions aren't a test or a diagnosis. They just mean Mark can listen properly from the start, and check coaching is the right kind of support for you.

    1. 1

      Answer a few questions

It takes a few minutes. Skip anything you'd rather not say.

    2. 2

      Mark reads them himself

Then he gets in touch personally, usually within a day, to find a time that suits you.

    3. 3

      Your initial conversation

A free, relaxed call to talk about where you're at and see if coaching is a good fit.

    4. 4

      Decide later

No pressure to sign up. Take your time and get back to Mark if and when you're ready.

    Feeling nervous?

Take one slow breath with me first.

Most people feel a bit wobbly before getting in touch. That's normal, and it shows you care. Mark has had plenty of nerves of his own about starting this. Tap the circle and breathe along for a minute.

In for four, hold for four, out for six. A few rounds is plenty.

    Just have a question?

    Send Mark a message instead.

Mark replies personally, usually within a day.
